SHEARPOLICE® offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all SHEARPOLICE® brand shears and tools.
We want you to love your SHEARPOLICE® products, and we are confident that you will.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Mizutani Scissors Return Policy
Mizutani scissors are precision handcrafted professional instruments. Because proper fit and comfort are essential, we strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect and handle their shears upon receipt to ensure they feel comfortable and properly suited to their hand before cutting hair.
Unused Mizutani Scissors
Unused Mizutani scissors may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided that:

The scissors have not been used to cut hair.

The scissors remain in like-new condition.

All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and documentation are included.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Used Mizutani Scissors
Any Mizutani scissors that have been used to cut hair are no longer eligible for a refund.
However, Mizutani scissors that have been cut with may be returned within 30 days and will qualify for a SHEARPOLICE Store Credit only, subject to inspection and approval.
No cash refunds will be issued on Mizutani scissors that have been used to cut hair.
Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit may be issued in the following situations:

Mizutani scissors that have been used to cut hair and are approved for return.

Items returned without original packaging.

Items returned with missing components not due to our error.

Items showing signs of use that make them ineligible for a refund.

Any other return approved at the sole discretion of SHEARPOLICE®.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. SHEARPOLICE® cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
